I might have found someone who's willing to stitch me my very own kimono. Isn't that great news?

There's only one thing I'm worried about though...

That is great. But then what is it that troubles you?

It seems the seamstress who's working on the piece wants payment of some sort. And I'm not too sure what I should exchange in return... You see, I don't have many worldly possessions to trade!

[ Oh, no! What a moocher this grandpa is. Susato doesn't think much of it, though. She'll help if she can, especially since there hasn't been any mysterious bottles of wine missing from the Harvest for a while. ]

Has she requested anything in particular?

[ She tries to think of what a seamstress might need. Various cloths, perhaps? ]

[He's been a good grandpa lately, promise. For fear of that scary man (Kazuma) coming at him once again...]

She said anything of material value to a seamstress so perhaps supplying her with the fabric needs to make the garment. Or some choice items like silk, pearls or gold?

Somehow that option stands out to her. She could obtain some fabric, of course, but that would require a visit to the farmlands, and a certain Orc couple that lives there. Pearls, though... That may be something she has more readily. ]

I did win some beautiful beads that glimmer like rainbows in a game called "Dodge ball." I still have not figured out what they do, if anything, or how to use them, but they look like pearls.

Perhaps she would like some. [ Some, not all. ]

I do not mind parting with a few. I'm afraid I'll have to leave it to you to choose the fabric you like, however.

I wore mine, even while I was in London. In rain or snow or sleet. There are kimonos made for all kinds of weather! ☀

I do prefer to get something in green or blue! Or both! But perhaps I could find some pink as well. I wouldn't be opposed, of course. Ehe!
