It's the Wild Harvest's very first anniversary! Some Christmas decorations remain, as does their tree, most notably with a beautifully-crafted star that looks something like a paopu; but others are cleared out to make way for the coming new year. Rows of large, colorful paper cranes can be seen hanging off the counter, the bar, and as a backdrop on the stage. All are adorned with the number 1.
Wild Sampler: A special platter showcasing your choice of select dishes that have been offered at the Harvest over the past year, including (but not limited to): cheese or steak n' cheese pretzel bites, fruit sandwiches, fluffy pancakes, various tacos, celestial sweets, and more. Perfect choice for first timers who want to get a feel for the menu and skill of the staff in the kitchen.
Meat and Vegetable Stew: Western-style stew with thinly-sliced beef, potatoes, carrots, and various vegetables, slow-cooked in a hearty sauce. Beef can be substituted for pork, chicken, duck, or any meat currently available to match your preference. Meat can also be held entirely for a vegetarian option.
CustomGingerfriends: A set of gingerbread cookies tailor-made to look like whoever (or whatever) a patron wishes, limited only by the staff's artistic ability. A remnant of a certain witch's curse, perhaps... Generically-decorated cookies are also available for those who just want the delicious flavour without the extra flair.
Hot Chocolate: A returning menu item that still warms you to your very soul. The Harvest's hot chocolate comes in a variety of flavors, including blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and matcha. Rich and sweet in flavor, marshmallows and whipped cream are available to top it all off, and each mug is also served with a candy cane stirrer for minty flavour.
SpicyHot Punch: For those that crave something fruitier to keep them warm, this hot punch is mixture of a variety of fruits available in our garden and in Reverein. Apples, oranges, cranberries, pineapples, lime... Your choice of juices, all topped with cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg, heated to perfection. Dream honey is also an optional additive, as is alcohol--as always.
Above the menu, a banner can be seen with the Wild Harvest's logo. Below it reads: 'Serving Reverein, One Year and Counting.'
As snow continues to fall with the temperature outside, some of the thicker blankets provided for patrons may start giving off heat. This may attract the botanicats, who will happily curl up on patrons' laps for warmth, or any unattended blanket—folded or otherwise. Just be careful when you grab one!
Bun Sum: Dim Sum-style sampler spread of Eastern cuisine available in Reverein, ranging from appetizers to strawberry sweets, and three types of tea (patrons' choice). Meant for 2.
Rosé Pasta: A rich and creamy tomato sauce simmered with vegetables, onions, and your choice of meat (or none); served over macaroni or spaghetti.
Cookie Skillet à la Mode: A large cookie served hot in a pan for two, cooled with your choice of ice cream. Topped with heart-shaped sprinkles and drizzled with chocolate, caramel, or both.
Destiny's Embrace: An upgrade to a drink introduced over the summer with the appearance of paopu fruit. A sharable, sangria-style blend of lemonade, various fruits (including paopu) and optional alcohol of your choice. Those you share it with will remain a part of your life, no matter what.
This month at the Harvest, the Christmas tree is gone, and the decor sees a lot more red, white, and pink. It is in the curtains, the blankets (it's still cold!), and decorative rows of paper cranes, creating an atmosphere full of love and togetherness. Seatingarrangements for two make a return in the garden, but there are still plenty of tables available for those who prefer to eat alone, or are a part of a large group.
Upon each table, there is a special origami heart per seat, which anyone is free to take home as a token of their visit.
Bun Cakes: Fluffy, Eastern-style hot cakes that are sweet and (almost!) too cute to eat. Each bunny rabbit shape is lovingly formed to whichever expression the patron wishes, with various options for filling such as pineapple or grape jelly, chocolate, and more.
Liquid Luck: Your choice of drink infused with an essence of four leaf clovers to give you a small boost of luck for the day (makes you feel more energised).
Pizza: Cheesy goodness fresh out of the oven with your standard toppings: plain cheese, meat, or veggie. Customise however you want using the ingredients available!
Japanese sandos: Sandwiches with both sweet and hearty option fillings available; from fruits such as strawberries and kiwi with cream, to meat such as chicken, pork or fish. Can be ordered as one or in threes.
New fliers for Tifa and Eustace's upcoming Starflower Sanctuary and Café can be seen at the bar for the taking, showcasing both the location and adorable photos of both dogs and cats alike. Grand opening to be announced soon!
Hippity Hoppity Breakfast: This Western-style breakfast set makes its return to honour the year of the rabbit! Named for its adorable bunny-shaped bread topped with butter and jam, the set also comes with a serving of eggs (cooked however you like), sausages and cabbage, lettuce, or spinach.
Mini-Quiche Egg Bites: Your choice of a variety of hearty toppings, baked within a flaky golden crust. Including but not limited to: ham, bacon, cheese, spinach and mushrooms.
FloralCupcakes: Sweet and freshly baked, with requests taken for colour and flower type. The flowers made of icing appear more vibrant and will bloom more readily when in possession of a customer with positive energy. By contrast, the flowers will appear muted and even wilted if tainted by someone in a bad mood.
SpringDreams: Cool, fruity mixed drinks with milk and (optional) whipped cream, infused with dreamotion to paint a view of what the patron considers "home." Various fruit jellies, pearls, and even ice cream are available as additions.
The weather may be unpredictable and inconsistent, but the Harvest is ready to welcome the coming spring. Floral arrangements are carefully placed throughout the restaurant, from the countertops, to the tables, to the karaoke stage—all made from flowers plucked from a very special grove in the Wildlands. The flowers are imbued with positive dreamotion to spread happiness and cheer, and you may catch them glowing faintly if you are in particularly good spirits. Origami flowers are made to match, appearing in varying colors at every seat for patrons to take home.
Regulars may also notice a little bit of rearranging going on in the restaurant this month. In the main dining area, there seems to be the makings of a bookshelf being built in preparations for a reading nook of sorts, and out in the garden, there is a particularly large tree that is receiving similar treatment, with its roomy hollow cleared out, also for shelves.
Things are as peaceful as can be expected, with the chorus of snakes ever hissing but seldom seen, and the splashing of lotus koi fish in the ponds as they are fed. Come to think of it, the fish sure are thriving lately, aren't they? Hm...
Macarons of the Sea: Adorable macarons made in celebration of Leo Valdez's completed ship. They feature a turtle shape with shells which are shades of blue or green in colour, and a sweet cream filling.
Sea Bubbles: A refreshing variety of iced teas to cool you in the warming weather. The octopus-shaped jellies make each cup look like a slice of ocean life. How lifelike it appears will depend on the patron's natural dreamotion and affinity for the sea. Ask about what is available each week, including matcha and earl grey, and fruitier flavours like lychee, strawberry, or mango!
Floral Toast: The flowers may be gone, but the staff are still fans! Toasted bread with a spread of cream cheese and slices of fruit (patrons' choice) arranged into flowers. The slices are also available separately for those who have their own ideas.
Beef & Pork Ragu: A hearty, seasoned sauce made with braised pork and beef, finely chopped onions, and carrots, all simmered in pureed tomatoes. Meat can be substituted for mushrooms or other vegetables! Served with bun rolls.
Guilty Pleasures: Deceptively strong and not for the faint of heart, this drink is mixed with a rum or vodka base, using the new fruits that have appeared at the orchard with varying face expressions on them. It can affect mood and evoke a variety of emotions in the patron, ranging from happiness, anger, sadness, and everything in between. It is only recommended for seasoned drinkers who can hold their alcohol.
Fluffy Bunny Pancakes: A stack of three light, yet thick, buttery pancakes that are as fluffy as the creamy bunnies that sit on top of them. They come with decorative fruit slices and can be drentched in whatever flavour syrup you like, from strawberry to blueberry, to raspberry.
Stuffed Bun Rolls: The adorable rolls themed for the year of the rabbit make a return, this time with filling! They can have a sweet, desert flavor like custard, or more hearty options such as red beans or various meats (chicken, pork, beef).
NagashiSomen: White noodles made from wheat flour that are chilled over ice and served with tsuyu, a tasty dipping sauce made of soup stock and soy sauce. Order it the traditional way, or for a more fun experience, take your bowl over to one of the bamboo noodle slides set up in the garden and try your luck at catching the noodles as they flow down! A great way to combat the warming weather.
To say reconstruction is necessary after the chaos following the Story Eater's sealing would be an understatement. The Harvest to close its doors for a few days, and even upon reopening, the recovery process is slow. Some vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients are constantly being planted and regrown, and some doors and shelving are rebuilt. This process will continue for a few weeks, perhaps well into July; but at the very least, the friendly snakes are back to normal after being corrupted by nightmares, thanks to a certain someone.
Despite the disrepair, the staff make an effort to offer a new menu. The grill station is also back out in the gardens for public use with the weather continuing to warm, and special bamboo slides have been set up in their gardens so that patrons may experience flowing noodles. There is also a sign by their ponds, carried over from last month, which reads:
Thank you opening your homes to our wonderful koi.
Summer Dreams: A sweet and refreshing frozen, fruity drink for the summer that can be made with a variety of fruits, including emoji fruit, upon request. The drink is infused with dreamotion and seems to evoke positive emotion a feeling of nostalgia. It also seems to maintain the perfect slushy texture throughout, no matter how warm the weather is to melt it.
Kebabs: A variety of meats including pork, chicken, fish, and more are available alongside onions, peppers and various vegetables to be grilled however you like. Skewers are provided, but if the do-it-yourself style is not one you enjoy, feel free to ask the staff!
Rei-shabu: A cold salad made with thinly-sliced meat and various greens such as lettuce, carrots, onions. Served with an Eastern style dressing made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sugar, and pepper.
Sea-salt Parfait: Layers of ice cream decorated with berries, jelly, and white chocolate to create a mermaid's-eye view of life under the sparkling sea.
Customers are invited to show off their cooking prowess this month by using our ingredients to make lunch or dinner for the staff and any volunteer judges! Inquire or sign up with the staff for your chance to win some cool Wild Harvest-themed cutlery. Enjoy the summer!
Thank you to everyone who helped lend a hand with our much-needed repairs over the last few weeks.
If your character participated in the Harvest's You Be the Chef contest in the month of July, please comment here and tell us a little bit about the dish they would have made. You can be as vague/handwavey as you like but any ingredients used and/or how the dish would taste, as well as any dreamotion effects would be helpful. We will incorporate these into our monthly menu in the coming months (with credit to your character).

With just the right amount of spice, this soft flour tortilla is packed with flavorful tofu, lettuce, a mix of monterey jack, cheddar, aasadero, and queso quesadilla cheeses, pico di gallo, as well as a dollop of guacamole and sour cream.
We'll be including Tofu Tacos for the month of September, but expect a little something in Leo's inbox sometime between now and the start of August as a thank you for him participating.

(One might feel slight discomfort if they have a bit of nightmare energy already in them.)

Autumn Dreams: A reddish-brown latte or milk tea with a Hōjicha base that has a nutty, sweet flavour, served in a fall-themed cup. It is always the perfect temperature, and drinking it will leave one with an immense feeling of satisfaction akin to curling up on a rainy day with a really good book.
Temperatures are still mild, but the Harvest takes its time preparing for the changing of seasons. Origami maple leaves in varying shades from red to orange to yellow can be seen along the walls of the main dining area as the month progresses, matching all of the decorative flowers and plants that have been swapped in. The carefully-folded maple leaves are also given as a token of each customer's visit, freely available at each seat.
Meanwhile, in the garden, the vegetables and fruit are thriving, growing tall with no signs of stopping. The grapes in particular have subtly taken on some cute and interesting shapes from the positive energy of the visitors lately. They match well with yellow, glowing moon-shaped berries, which look more like stars as of late. Quite atmospheric...!
Hoppity Donuts: Crispy sweet donuts with colorful glaze and cute sweet bunny and flower decorations that come in an array of flavors, all with a delightful chew that will bring you hopping back for more.
Spicy Cheese Fries: Hand sliced and wonderfully crispy fried potatoes covered in melted cheese and thin sliced jalapeño peppers to bring not just that extra bit of flavor but a spicy kick. A protein can be added to the dish as an option.
Spooky Parfaits with Cat Macarons: Creepy cute parfaits that bring with them the taste of fall, and with a cute spooky topping of sweet and colorful whipped cream; colors vary depending on the type ordered. Harvest Spice: A honey vodka and apple cider hot toddy, made to help fill you with that extra bit of cozy warmth on even the chilliest of days. Notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, and star anise accompany that sweet apple flavor with a nice splash of honey. Can come as a non-acoholic cider.
With Fall fully in season, the decor around the Harvest has changed accordingly with a cozy aura and blankets sprawl around benches in the garden as the weather gets colder. Plants have grown heavy with fruits and vegetables. They're ready and needing to be picked, or else they may just fall onto an unsuspecting patrol from above, so do watch where you're standing. The interiors of these harvestable goodies come in a rainbow of colors(all or just one) once cracked open, and some are either meaty or contain a mystery liquid to... enjoy?
There is a new display in The Wild Harvest's garden; a large white snake scale around the size of a dinner plate. Touching it will allow people to temporarily understand the garden snakes; do be warned, they like to gossip.
Tread carefully; Fang has built a nest, and within it is a large snake egg that she has decided to take care of. She will give warnings to anyone she doesn't know getting too close for her liking. Failing to heed these warnings leaves whatever possible injuries your own fault.
Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew and Latte: Smooth with deep flavors of vanilla, the cold brew coffee mixes well with cinnamon, clove, ginger, allspice, and nutmeg to help blend the flavors of a pumpkin pie together with a slight nutty note. Topped with a pumpkin cream foam that ties it all together. While the latte is light and creamy in flavor. It has more of a punch of sweetness and notes of caramel with the usual pumpkin spice flavor. Topped with a sweet whipped pumpkin cream sprinkled with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Marmalade Sponge Pudding: A steamed fruity and sweet dessert that can be as light as a feather, and a delight on the tongue. The fruity flavor depending on what marmalade may be used that day, this is a pudding that will leave you wanting more.
With the weather starting to turn even colder, the fireplaces are lit to try and help knock the chill out of the air inside of The Wild Harvest. Blankets and scarves are on offer to all patrons if they are still feeling the chill while inside. Candles are placed on the tables, the flames flickering within to help further bring a warm and cozy atmosphere within. A few tables have even been worked to turn them into kotatsu for that extra cozy feeling for those having a more difficult time with the cold.
A few mapleleaf kittens can be seem curled up or romping about, and some may even seek a patrons' lap for their own warm resting spot.
The menu specials this month brought to you by 76 and Reaper. Be sure to wish them both congratulations if you see them. There's even a banner up dead center of the restaurant for all to see that says "Congratulations 76 and Reaper!" Have no idea what we're congratulating them for? Don't worry about it, congratulate them anyway!
Eggnog and Hot Chocolate: Eggnog is a holiday staple. Eggnog Donuts: AA light and fluffy doughnut with the right amount of lingering warmth that makes you want to eat more, but doesn't melt off the dipped on frosting. Carries a sweet, rich, and very creamy frosting with pleasant notes of vanilla mixed with cinnamon and nutmeg. Comes in orders of; single, pair, half dozen, or baker's dozen.
With the changing of the month and seasons, you can bet that The Wild Harvest has once again changed with them; the area has been decorated for the winter festivities with colorful light fixtures that are warm and so very welcoming to those who so much as pass near. Beckoning passerby to step inside, even if only for a moment to warm themselves from the chill in the air; blankets await those at every table.
Patrons will receive a small gift box that contains a festively shaped and decorated cookie, along with a small handmade animal plush that can float in the air and light up pending on the person's mood.
